It’s not my car, it’s the family car. We all use it. I don’t own it, I’ve never taken them from their desingated spots, and as an American I have the right to not consent to searches, and I’m a squeky clean driver, thus I don’t need to worry. I’m among friends here, so I felt comfortable sharing my perspective. That’s all I was trying to do. Only an unreasonable idiot would try to get me in trouble for something they have no surefire proof or evidence to, and since I’ve commited no crimes, Law Enforcment wouldn’t even care. They wouldn’t come to my house or get a warrant or anything. They’d laugh.

Except you are commiting crimes, felonys at that. The police would care and no one would be laughing. Just because its the family car doesn’t mean shit. If your driving the car, have a gun in the car, your in possession of a firearm. And those rifles that your in possesion of, not only would you go to prison, the registered owns would be in deep shit to. I’m not trying to sound like an asshole, I’m just pointing out the obvious. Or at least what should be obvious. As an RLSH you should know these laws, not skate around them.

I skate around them because myself, my family, and my friends are safer because of it. It’s not a duty of mine as a superhero to follow the law. My mission is to help those in need and protect the innocent. And I’ll do so to the best of my ability. Step one is preparation.
Here in Alaska, you CAN have a gun in the car. If you’re pulled over and you have a gun in the car, the law is you have to immediately inform them “I have a gun in the car.” if you do that you won’t get in trouble. Provided you’ve done it all legally; it’s your car, and your gun, and your over 21, etc. It’s entirely up to you whether you decide to just keep your mouth shut and go on with business as usual. Hopefully you took care to inspect the vehicle first yourself and follow the rules of the road to avoid being pulled over in the first place. If you are pulled over, it’sprobably nothing serious anyway. You have the right to not consent to searches. If you say “I do not consent to searches.” and they don’t have probable cause or a warrant then there’s nothing they can do, and they won’t jepordize their job by violating your rights.
Way I see it, I am perfectly within my right to have a gun in the car. “I have the right to bare arms.” Just because a bunch of suits tried to take that freedom away doesn’t mean that I can’t take it back. In my eyes, it’s the right thing to do. As a person, and as an American.

I’ve already seen you admit to underage drinking and drug use, now you admit to multiple felonys and try to justify it with “I’m an american I have rights” its disgusting. I’m eighteen. I have a beer maybe once a week in the evenings. Yeah, I’m a real monster alright.
When I was asserting my rights as an American, I was referring to my right to bare arms. Maybe it is illegal. But it’s not wrong, or disgusting. I was simply sharing my beliefs and my values. What I do in my own time is my choice. But I am not irresponsible or stupid.
There was never any need to talk circles around me. You chose to continue. I was never trying to battle or challenge you. I was being open about how I feel because I feel I’m right in my values. We’re both entitled to our opinions. You’ve been here what, two or three hours? I’ve done my best to be polite and respectful, and you already managed to intentionally pick a fight with me at the first chance you saw because you’ve had some sort of beef for me ever since we met, despite the multiple times I’ve tried to be friendly hoping you would just accept me for who I am and not be a total dickhead. But whatever, I’m glad to see you’ve decided to wrap it up. Nice speaking with you; believe it or not, it has helped me think about things a little in some ways.

A katana, wooden or not, and kunais, aren’t going to do squat about a gunman 10 or more feet away. I hope you don’t get yourself killed. Personally I feel patrols don’t accomplish all that much anyway, and so for me I don’t need any weapons in my particular style of superheroism. But I can respect others methods even though I may disagree with it.

A katana is a lot like a gun, if you use it, your using it to kill. I know a couple guys that have carryed wooden katana in the past but decided agenst it. You shouldd really just stick to the basics like tazers and pepper spray. If you want some kind of gimmick weapon just brain storm on something cool then think of how it’d be practical.

Any high powered strobe would be effective. They can’t fight that which they cannot see. The intense light would make them instantly slam their eyes shut and/or turn around the other way. And you don’t have any risks of heart conditions or alergic reactions or bullet wounds. I’m definitely gonna look into this and put one in my car instead of a gun. I feel light fighting technologies are the ideal nonviolent self defense device.

Something like an intense strobe light can cause a seszure witch could lead to death. Still, indeed could be a decent less lethal weapon.

I suppose that could be a possibility. An extremey slim one though seeing as their body will naturally and instantly protect itself by slamming the eyes shut, but a good thing to take into account. And if they force their eyes to stay open and stare into the beam until an epileptic sezures occurs….well, they’re just stupid lmao. XD
I think though I’d prefer a strobe or other lumosecent self defense device as opposed to others which cause a significant degree of pain. I have difficulty causing pain, hunting, or killing; even nonhuman animals. But especially humans. With a light their bodies natural reaction will prevent any significant pain or injury. It’s more of a shield than a sword if you ask me.
