Biography

Dark Guardian grew up in Brooklyn, NYC. He witnessed first hand what crime and apathy can do to a community. He was mugged as a young boy, his friends mother shot and murdered, and witnessing crime in the neighborhood shaped who he is as a person. These things carried with him through his life.
With a mostly absentee father who suffered from substance abuse problems, he grew up without positive male role models. As a boy he looked up to comic book superheroes, what they stood for, their ideals, and positive actions. These ideals and actions he now seeks to bring out in real life.
Through his teenage years he made some mistakes and did not always do the right thing. He found martial arts and it helped change his life. After training in martial arts for a while, he decided to take his skills and bring positive action to the streets as Dark Guardian.
Dark Guardian works to show the world there are people that care to make a difference, that will stand against what is wrong in our society, stand up to the bad guys, help those in need, and change the world for the better.
For almost a decade Dark Guardian has been out fighting crime, helping the needy, improving his community, and helping spread the message that there is a hero in everyone and we all can make a difference.

Mission Statement

History
Dark Guardian has been credited for stopping Convenience store Robberies and most notability for chasing off dealers in Washington Square Park.

Dark Guardian has attended Superheroes Anonymous 2 in 2008 and Superheroes Anonymous 3 in 2009.

Dark Guardian patrols areas, like Washington Park, in search of Drug Dealers to chase off or report their actions to the police. He does safety patrols in various areas of New York City often teaming up with other real life superheroes. He also participates in charitable actions like visiting children in hospitals and distributing goods to homeless people.

RLSH Community
Dark Guardian is co-creator of http://www.reallifesuperheroes.org and the founder of http://www.therlsh.net, a RLSH forum. Dark Guaridan was also the co founder of the Worldwide Heroes Organization.
